Joshu-ya Brasserie

Beef Sukiyaki – Joshu-ya Brasserie

Angus beef, mushrooms, tofu, vegetables, sweet potato noodles, fish cakes, sweet dashi, rice ($11.50). This place changed last year, more “up-class” I guess you could say. I prefer the previous version, but that’s not what I’m reviewing about. The Beef Sukiyaki was really filling. Broccoli was too raw for my taste, but everything else was great. The broth and beef were very tasty. The noodles were good too, but hard to pick up with the utensils. Friendly staff, though it’d be great if the tables could be more spaced out.
