Pho Dac Biet – Pho Sinh
I was craving pho and happened to be in Alameda, so I heard about this place and decided to give it a try. It’s relatively new still, only been open about a year from what I’ve been told. Ordered Pho Dac Biet: rice noodle soup with rare steak slices, well-done brisket, tripe, and beef balls, $7.95. Definitely pricier than many pho places that I’ve been to, and the beef was a little dry, but I was happy with the portion and broth.
