Easy to order, no wait, and clean. There were hardly any other people when I came in on a weekend afternoon, but I know Potbelly has several locations and is considered popular in DC. It’s analogous to Subway, minus the $5 foot-longs.

Ordered the Pizza Sandwich (pepperoni, marinara sauce, provolone cheese, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning) on multigrain wheat bread, original size, $4.50. It didn’t really taste like a pizza, but had all the key ingredients. The crust really defines a pizza. But the sandwich was pretty tasty. It was just a bit odd when the staff asked if I wanted any toppings because this sandwich is already quite defined with plenty of stuffing…
