Cheese Factory, once again

Shrimp Scampi – Cheesecake Factory

I’ve been to Cheesecake Factory wayyy more times than I can count on my fingers and toes combined, so I’ll just cut to chase. For my entree, I had Shrimp Scampi, which is shrimp sauteed with whole cloves of garlic, white wine, basil and tomato, served with angel hair pasta, $19.95. You really have to make sure to mix the sauce well with the noodles, otherwise the sticky clump of noodles don’t taste like much. I had about 6 pieces of good-sized shrimp, each well flavored in the sauce. If you love shrimp, this is a good option!

Factory Hot Chocolate

1) It looks AMAZING, especially with the chocolate drizzle on top.

2) Let it sit for a bit, maybe even wait until your food starts coming out before drinking it, unless you really can’t wait and you’re willing to risk burning your tongue. Don’t let the room temperature whipped cream and froth fool you, the hot chocolate underneath is HOT

3) Once you’re able to start sipping the hot chocolate, it’s DELICIOUS.

Lemon Meringue Cheesecake

This was the latest cheesecake flavor, and hence, one of the only ones I haven’t sampled yet from the cheesecake menu. It’s lemon cream cheesecake, swirled with lemon, topped with layers of lemon mascarpone mousse and homemade meringue on a vanilla crumb crust. Very, VERY  lemony.
