This place is essentially like Benihana, except you don’t sit around the grill/chef, it doesn’t cost a fortune per person, and the “shows” are less exciting because there are fewer tricks involved (though it’s still amusing to watch them cook with tools that look like 2 large icing spatulas, the kind you use to spread icing on a cake).
It’s an all-you-can-eat stir fry buffet. Lunch is 11am-4pm ($9.95), dinner is after 4pm ($12.95), and they honor a military discount of 5% off. They have a wide selection of meats, vegetables, and sauces to build your bowl(s) to create your own stir fry dishes – broccoli, onions, carrots, baby corn, cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms, green bell peppers, white and dark chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, tofu, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, Hawaiian sauce, House hot sauce, and more! Be as creative as you want, but not too crazy because not everything tastes good in combination! Everything is labeled. You fill a bowl (or 2 bowls) with everything you want, hand it to the grillers, let them know if you want an egg (scrambled) included, and then watch them hack away at your food! At the end, you select white or fried rice to be served on the side. The waiter will ask if you’d like some sauce (“Yum Yum Sauce”) – say yes!
