NOTES

Came across a video of this recipe on Facebook, and holy smokes, this is SPICY HOT! It tastes fine in the beginning, then once you let it settle a bit….wait for it……………then BAM! It hits you (and your stomach) hard. I should have figured it would be super spicy when I saw how many tablespoons of chili powder were going into this concoction……but I didn’t, and so my taste buds suffered. I couldn’t finish my bowl of chili, it was just too much, even though I was eating this with bread. Couldn’t taste the beer at all. Guinness was used for this experiment. Don’t get me wrong, the chili tasted great, but it was just far too spicy for me and there was no getting past that.
